For individuals that purchase their own parking through the City, complete this form: Individual Parking Agreement

Completed forms must be submitted to [email protected], along with copies of a driver’s license and vehicle registration. Please be sure to include the facility name and last name in the email subject line.

Physical copies can also be returned to the Parking Services Office located at 820 Washington Street.
