Parking Services

The City of Columbia Parking Services Department is headquartered in the Lincoln Street Garage, located at the corner of Washington and Lincoln streets at 820 Washington, directly across the street from the Columbia Police Department Headquarters and the City Municipal Court.
Payments can be made at the Customer Center for all parking-related fees and charges. For questions, please call (803) 545-4015 or email  [email protected].
**Effective November 1, 2016: To continue to provide customers the ability to make online payments using a debit or credit card, the City of Columbia has partnered with Value Payment Systems (VPS), a third-party service provider, A convenience fee of 2.5% for credit cards and 1.5% for debit cards (with a minimum fee of $1.95 for both) will be assessed on all payments using a credit or debit card. This convenience fee is in no way associated with the City of Columbia and is collected solely by VPS. If you do not wish to use this service, you may pay using other traditional methods such as cash or check.

**LATE FEES: $10 late fee is added to tickets unpaid after thirty days. After 60 days, the total amount that remains outstanding, including late fees, doubles. To find out how much is owed on cited vehicles, please call (803) 545-4015.
Note: To continue to provide our customers the ability to make electronic payments, the City of Columbia has partnered with South Carolina Interactive, a third party working with the City to bring you these expanded methods of payments. The total price which will be charged to you for your payment includes funds used to develop, maintain, enhance and expand the electronic payment service they are offering. The total amount will be shown on the payment site you will be directed to later in this process. If you do not wish to use their services, you can pay the City directly by other traditional methods like cash or check.
