The Barnacle

The Barnacle is an immobilization device that will be used in lieu of towing vehicle off high traffic areas in the city. It does not replace towing services all together.

How it works…

  • Enforcement monitor places device on windshield of offending vehicle & uses Enforcer App to arm device
  • Customer scans QR code on device to pay fines and instantly receive release code
  • Lightweight design allows for easy motorist release.
  • Customer returns device to Drop box or designated location within 24 hours of release
