RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT
Homeowners and tenants, living in a district designated as a Residential Parking Permit Zone, may obtain hang tag permits for their vehicles at the Parking Services Customer Service Center at 820 Washington Street. Homeowners need to bring a copy of their driver’s license, vehicle registration, and property tax bill. Tenants need to bring a copy of their driver’s license, vehicle registration, and lease. A physical copy of all documents are needed at the time of permit purchase.
Homeowners are eligible to receive up to two homeowner permits and three homeowner visitor permits. Two homeowner permits are eligible with proof of two vehicle registrations.

Tenants are eligible to receive two tenant permits per residence and one tenant visitor per residence. Some residential areas are excluded from receiving a tenant visitor permit. Please contact Parking Services for those streets excluded from the visitor permits.
