What time is parking free in the City of Columbia? After 7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, all day Saturday except the Five Points District and Bull St. District, and all day Sunday.  This includes on street parking and parking at our gateless facilities.

Can I pay for parking with a mobile device without downloading an app?  Passport parking offers guest checkout, no need to download an app.

I paid for parking through Passport and still received a citation, how is that possible?  It is a possibility you entered the wrong plate number.  Email parking services at ParkingServices@columbiasc.gov and add your citation number in the subject line. In the body of the email, send a screenshot of your active session with passport. Staff will review and void the citation.
